We're safely easing restrictions from July 19th

Following an update from the UK Government last week, we are pleased to confirm that we will be safely easing some restrictions within our casinos from today.

Since the start of the pandemic, our number one priority has been the safety of our team members and customers. So, as we gradually return to normal, we want to make sure you continue to feel safe when visiting our casinos. We have invested heavily in enhanced safety measures for our customers and team members – and we will keep many of these measures in place after 19 July. Our teams will continue to follow enhanced hygiene and safety processes, and our service point screens and hand sanitiser stations will remain in place.

However, in line with Government guidance, we can begin to relax some of the measures in our casinos. Customers will no longer be required to wear a face covering although it is recommended and our gaming tables will be fully open for you to use. You can enjoy our gaming machines and terminals in well-spaced, screen free comfort.

While face coverings and two-metre social distancing will no longer be mandatory, we know that for many customers these practices continue to provide comfort when they are in public places. We therefore ask for your continued support for those who choose to wear a face covering, or who would like some additional space when playing at our tables.

For the safety of our staff and customers our staff will continue to wear a face covering while serving you in the casino, helping to prevent the further spread of the virus.

You can read more about the changes you will see in our casinos, here.

As we take another cautious step towards returning to normal, I once again want to say a huge thank you for all your ongoing support of Casino 36 over the past 16 months. A special thanks also to our amazing Casino 36 team – from our dealers and valets to our partners and suppliers. We look forward to continuing to safely welcome more of you back into our casinos.
