When is the casino Re-opening?

Following the recent government update, sadly were are unable to open tomorrow.  We will update you in due course, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

What are your opening hours going to be?

  • Wolverhampton - Electronic Gaming open 24 hours | Live Gaming from 2pm to 6am
  • Stockport - Electronic Gaming from 12pm to 6am | Live Gaming from 6pm to 6am
  • Dudley - TBC

How many people will you let into the casino?

Our capacity will be significantly reduced to a level that allows for appropriate social distancing. We have installed new counter technology to ensure the volumes of people in the casino do not exceed our limit.

Do I need to wear a face mask in the casino?

It will be beneficial for customers to wear a face mask but not mandatory. On entry you may be asked to briefly uncover your face so we can confirm your identity

Do I have to be a member to come the casino?

You will need to be a member to enter the casino, this is in-line with current gov guidelines and support NHS Test and Trace. You can register online before you come;

Why do you have temperature checks?

To be safely admitted into the casino, our team and customers are asked to participate in a temperature check using a non-contact thermal camera in reception. These non-invasive temperature checks are being applied as a condition of entry.

Anyone who is displaying a temperature above 37.8 degrees Celsius will unfortunately not be allowed to enter.   

Those showing COVID-19 symptoms are also requested not to visit the casino. We are asking all our customers to play their part in helping to protect themselves and each other.  

I have a condition or disability; do I have to have my temperature checked?

We understand that some customers may have certain health conditions and disabilities that may cause them to run a higher temperature. Our non-invasive temperature checks are specifically checking for bodily temperatures of 37.8 Celsius or higher, which is considered a fever, to help ensure the safety of our team and customers. This is in line with UK Government guidance.

Can I leave my bag and coat at reception?

You can only leave your bag with us, you must keep your coat with you in the casino.

How we are keeping you safe on the live gaming tables?

We have limited the live gaming tables to three people to allow for social distancing. These areas are cleaned regularly throughout the day and after each use. Customers must hand sanitised before and after joining the gaming tables and remain seated during play. Chips will be cleaned before being given to each new customer. You will not be permitted to touch cards during play.

Do I need to pre book?

You do not need to pre book for the tables; however, you may need to wait for a table as our capacity will be three per table.

How will Three Card Poker work if I can’t touch the cards?

We will be dealing Three Card Poker face-up as a result of the changes we are having to make, ensuring that there will be no requirement to touch the cards.

Can I buy in for cash at the table?

Yes you can.

Can I exchange my cash chips for cash at the cash desk?

Yes you can.

How we are keeping you safe on the Slot machines?

The slot machines have been arranged or have clear screens in-between to allow for appropriate social distancing. Machines are cleaned regularly throughout the day and after each customer use. Hand sanitiser stations are available near slot machines.

Is the Sports Bar open in Wolverhampton?

Our sports bar will remain closed until further notice. You will be able to purchase a selection of food and drink from our gaming lounge bar. We will only be accepting cards payments, preferably contactless, and we have installed new hygiene screens at our service counters.

Will you be serving food?

Yes, however, a reduced menu will be available for the time being and paper disposable menus are in place for everyone’s safety.

Can I pay cash?

To keep our team safe and limit contact we would prefer you to use electronic payments for any food and drink purchases. We will have a till available but again contactless payments preferred.
