Gambling represents an exciting and fun form of entertainment. At Casino 36 we are committed to providing our facilities for recreation and leisure, and in a responsible and compliant manner.

For the larger majority of individuals, gambling does not create any issues. However, we are aware that for a small minority gambling can become an uncontrollable and obsessive part of their life.
With this in mind, Casino 36 trains all Team Members to spot the signs of Problem Gambling, as well as how to deal with individuals who require our help.

How will I know if I have a gambling problem?

To determine if your gambling has become uncontrollable, ask yourself the following questions:
  • Do you spend more time gambling than you should?
  • Are you often absent from work or home because of gambling?
  • Are you withdrawn from Family and Friends or have they approached you about your need to gamble?
  • Are you finding it difficult financially because the majority of your income is devoted to gambling?
  • Are you borrowing money, stealing or leaving bills unpaid, so you have money to gamble with?
  • Are you becoming increasingly agitated or depressed whilst I am gambling?
If you are answering yes, to some or all of these questions, IT IS TIME TO SEEK HELP.

We’re Here To Help You

At Casino 36 our management team are trained to help you if you feel your gambling is getting out of control.
We can offer many forms of assistance, however, you will also need to recognise that we cannot help you if you will not help yourself.
